Nyles Return & Exchange Policy
At Nyles, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Window You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
2. Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in their original, saleable condition.

In the original packaging with all Nyles tags and pricing labels still attached.

Please note: Items that show signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume, or alterations will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, or if we shipped the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Email us at business@nyles.co with photos of the defect/error.

Nyles will cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and will issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately.
4. Standard Returns & Sizing Exchanges If the item doesn’t fit or you simply changed your mind, you can return it to our US-based facility.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for sizing issues or change-of-mind returns.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected at our US facility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. (However, all state and local taxes paid on the item will be fully refunded in compliance with US tax laws).

For Exchanges: We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct size to ensure the fastest processing.
5. Final Sale Items Items marked as "Sale," "Clearance," or purchased during special promotional events are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
6. Order Cancellations We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel your order, please contact us at business@nyles.co within 12 hours of placing it.

Cancellations made within this 12-hour window are completely free, and a full refund will be issued.

If the order has already been processed or shipped after 12 hours, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once the item arrives. Nyles reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or flagged fraudulent activity.
7. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at business@nyles.co with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the shipping instructions for our US return center.
