Nyles Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where We Ship From At Nyles, our products are proudly crafted and dispatched directly from our dedicated stitching and shipping unit in Pakistan. While our roots are global, our primary market is the United States, and our logistics are fully optimized to deliver your outfits safely and efficiently to your doorstep.

Delivery Timeframes Every Nyles piece is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards. Our estimated delivery times (from the date of order) are as follows:

  • Unstitched Dresses: 8–12 business days

  • Stitched Dresses: 12–18 business days

  • Customized Stitching: 19–22 business days (Please note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Charges Shipping rates are calculated directly at checkout based on the weight of your order and your exact destination.

Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes (US Customers) Good news for our US shoppers: The United States allows most individual orders valued under $800 to enter duty-free! However, depending on the exact value of your order and changing U.S. Customs regulations, your package may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes.

  • If U.S. Customs applies any duties or taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We legally declare all items at their actual value.

Order Tracking & Delays Once your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor its journey. While we work with reliable global courier partners to meet our delivery estimates, occasionally, delays can occur due to customs holds, weather events, or global shipping disruptions. Nyles cannot be held liable for delays caused by these external factors, but our support team will always help you track your package.

Refused Deliveries If a customer refuses to accept a delivery, or if a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs/duties, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any return shipping fees incurred by Nyles, and a restocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.

US-Based Returns We want you to shop with confidence! If you need to make a return, you do not need to ship it back to Pakistan. Nyles proudly offers a hassle-free US return hub.

  • Return Address: 11303 S. Wilcrest Dr. Apt. 2202, Houston, TX, 77099.

  • Timeline: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs to our Kentucky hub are the responsibility of the customer. (For full details, please see our Return & Exchange Policy).
